Listen-Through Situational Awareness – Stereo Listen-Through microphones give the wearer full situational awareness. Microphones placed on the forward edge of each ear dome provide the perception of sounds in the front versus from the rear. The Listen-Through feature has an independently adjustable volume level and automatically limits all sounds to a maximum of 82dB.
Long Battery Life – Over 44 hours of battery life on Apex 3-Series Personal Headsets means they are ready to work whenever you need them.
Multilingual Voice Prompts – Hear voice prompts in your preferred language. Ships with American English installed. Spanish available as a factory-installed option.
Multimode Auto Shutdown – Extends battery life. All shutdown timers have a voice prompt announcement and may be cancelled by pressing any button.
Personal Sound Dosimeter – Measures and records sound levels inside the ear cup cavity over a period of up to 24 hours to ensure compliance with noise exposure limits. Remembers the Time Weighted Average even when turned off (memory will reset after being turned off for 6 hours), and averages the last 24 hours continuously. Programmable audible alerts send a voice prompt to the user notifying them of the last 24 hours of exposure. The system automatically adjusts the various inputs (Listen-Through, AUX, Bluetooth, and side tone) to ensure compliance with hearing protection standards. For reference use only.
Radio Monitoring – The headset interfaces with any two-way portable radio using the wired AUX input connection.
Two Stage Low Battery Alert – Audible alerts sound at 25-50% remaining battery level, and again at less than 25%. USB Programmable – Use the integrated
